How it works

From first message to returned documents – what happens and how long it takes.

  1. Free document check

Send a photo of each document and the destination country by email or WhatsApp. We reply with the route and a fixed price, usually within one working hour.

  2. Confirm and pay

Accept the quote and pay by FPS or bank transfer. We send you a short instruction sheet.

  3. Get documents to us

Send originals by courier or registered post, or drop off by appointment. For notarisation you may need to sign in front of the notary – we book it for you.

  4. We process

Notary → High Court apostille → consulate (where needed). We update you at each stage.

  5. Returned to you

We email a scan and return originals by courier, or you collect them.
